Founder & CEO

A seasoned social entrepreneur with 15+ years in banking, manufacturing, rural development, and blue carbon projects, advancing Nature-Based Solutions across Africa. She holds a Master’s in Social Enterprise from Cambridge and is a Wolfson College Hub Alumi. Specializing in social impact investments, sustainable development, corporate finance, and carbon project development.

Co-Founder & Board Chair

Reuben, a seasoned C-suite executive and board leader, brings 30 years of experience from various sectors and has worked at Deloitte, Standard Chartered, and Equity Group. With a strong passion for social impact and community development, he has championed sustainability in the African region and other parts of the world. He holds a Computer Science degree from Technical University in Germany.

Geoffrey, a seasoned executive, has led roles in public service, telecom, and banking, including at SITA, Standard Chartered, and NCBA. He holds degrees from Loughborough, INSEAD, Oxford, and Darden.

Mercy is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of experience. She has a strong track record in team leadership and business growth. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Director and Head of Consumer Banking at NCBA Group. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
